How We Can Help
Child Custody
Legal and physical custody determinations based on the "best interest of the child" standard. We help you understand decision-making authority, parenting time, and factors the court considers including schooling, daily routines, and special needs.
Child Support
Child support calculations under the Child Support Standards Act (CSSA), including basic support obligations and add-on expenses for health insurance, medical/dental costs, daycare, after-school programs, tutoring, and summer camp. Support continues until age 21 or emancipation.
Child Visitation
